By creating an AxisFleet account you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.

2. Account responsibility

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use AxisFleet to store, transmit, or process content that is unlawful, infringes third-party rights, or violates applicable regulations in your jurisdiction.

4. Data ownership

You retain all rights to data you upload. We process it on your behalf to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on collection and retention.

5. Service availability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. On termination your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notification before they take effect.
