What we collect

• Account data: shop name, your email, your name, password hash, role.
• Business data: orders, contacts, vehicles, invoices, inventory, and related operational records that you create in AxisFleet.
• Technical data: IP addresses (for rate limiting and security), browser metadata, and error reports.

How we use it

To provide the service, secure your account, communicate about your subscription, and improve the product. We do not sell your data.

Where it lives

Data is stored on Supabase (Postgres + Object Storage) in the United States. Logs and error reports may be processed by Sentry. Email delivery is handled by Resend.

Retention

We retain your business data while your account is active. After account closure, data may be retained for up to 90 days for restore purposes, then deleted.

Your rights

You can export, correct, or delete your data at any time by contacting privacy@axisfleet.app.

Third-party integrations

If you connect external services (Zoho Books, Slack, Teller), data may be shared with those services per your configuration. Each integration is opt-in.
